Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $30.70 - $37.28 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous not-for-profit salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550 per annum tax free. This will allow you to take home more of your income before it is taxed.

About the Role

This role requires a passionate and keen Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our PCYC Kenmore OSHC Service. As an educator, you will be responsible for interacting with and effectively supervising children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service. You will acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs and interests of the whole child while inspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.

Requirements
  • No formal qualifications are required, but qualified educators must hold a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
  • Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
  • Ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
