Regional Payroll Strategist

As a Regional Payroll Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of payroll management within the Asia-Pacific region. We are currently operating under a decentralized payroll model, and we are embarking on an exciting journey to develop a region-wide payroll roadmap.
This roadmap aims to address necessary remediations while outlining our longer-term operating model and platform strategy. Your primary focus will be on actively contributing to the development and implementation of this roadmap, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives and best practices in payroll management.
Upon successful completion of Phase 1, you will continue to oversee and govern payroll processing for multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will lead risk management, compliance, and governance within the payroll function.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the region-wide payroll roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and best practices in payroll management.
- Oversee and govern payroll processing for multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region.
