Senior Tax Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Professional to join our Business Advisory team at ESV Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax consulting services to our clients, including corporate and international tax, tax controversy, and tax planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and provide tax advice and planning services
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist Partners with the preparation of tax advice and memorandums
- Contribute to internal projects and initiatives to drive innovation and growth
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Four to five plus years' experience in a professional accounting practice in a Business Advisory / Tax role
- Completed CA or CPA (or equivalent) qualification
- Strong understanding of current tax legislation, principles, and reporting requirements
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Clear communication style and ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
