We are seeking an experienced and innovative Architectural Draftsperson/Designer to lead our design team in delivering sustainable and creative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases, focusing on energy-efficient and sustainable design practices.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to develop council-ready documentation, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality results.
  • Work across a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
  • Engage in the development of Passive House (Passivhaus) principles, with comprehensive training provided.
Requirements:
  • Strong residential design experience with a creative edge, enabling the development of unique and innovative designs.
  • Confident in client meetings and concept presentation, effectively communicating design ideas and vision.
  • Comfortable with basic drafting and coordination with offshore teams, leveraging technology to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Passionate about sustainable architecture and innovation, driving forward-thinking solutions that minimize environmental impact.
