Aged Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to care for our residents in Roselands, New South Wales, Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity to work holistically with our team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide AHPRA registered nursing services with a focus on aged care experience
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the diverse needs of our residents
  • Lead by example, displaying initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic while working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Work effectively without direct supervision and have the ability to lead the floor as required

Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Aged Care experience
  • Previous experience and understanding of Dementia Support
  • Commitment to quality care, best practice and continuous improvement
  • Able to hold a current Police Check
