Audio Visual Broadcast Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational workflow of our broadcast studio, ensuring seamless execution of webcasts, events, video recordings, and presentations.
This role involves overseeing audio mixing, video switching, and routing, as well as planning and executing technical upgrades for current and future projects.
The candidate must also organize the installation of various audio, visual, and lighting equipment, taking full technical responsibility for in-house video conferencing and meeting rooms.
Maintenance of all audio-visual and broadcast equipment, including software, is a key aspect of this position. Arranging servicing with vendors as required is also essential.
Proactive management of external vendor and contractor relationships, providing remote support to global offices as needed, and acting as liaison to Events team are also key responsibilities.
Additionally, the position requires effective coordination with hotel AV providers for any broadcast and audio-visual needs relating to off-site conferences and events.
