Outdoorsman Needed

This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week with a focused schedule:

• Mondays: 5:30 am – 1:36 pm (focused on rubbish bin placement and waste management)
• Tuesdays to Fridays: 8:00 am – 4:06 pm (standard gardening and groundskeeping duties)

As our team member, you will play a key role in maintaining the high presentation standards of our community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, watering, and planting
• Maintaining gardens, lawns, paths, and communal outdoor areas
• Managing waste collection and bin placement on Mondays
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
• Responding to resident requests and supporting ad hoc gardening tasks

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to creating well-kept, welcoming outdoor environments. You will ideally bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or landscape maintenance
• Solid knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• A warm, customer-friendly approach and good interpersonal skills
• Physical capacity to carry out manual tasks (lifting up to 15kg)

Experience in residential communities, retirement villages, schools, or commercial grounds is highly regarded.
