About the Role- You will be based in Bega, commencing in February 2026, where you'll gain practical hands-on experience while working towards a Certificate IV in Project Management.
- No previous experience is required as you'll receive comprehensive training, earn while you learn, and develop in-demand skills through real, hands-on experience within a NSW government agency.
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident.
- You should have completed Year 12 or hold a Higher School Certificate (or equivalent).
- You need to be ready to commence full-time employment in February 2026.
- You require reliable transport to travel to the office or depot.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are willing to learn and can manage your time and priorities effectively.
- You should have demonstrated familiarity using corporate computing systems and applications or the ability to learn new systems with ease.
- You demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive, accountable approach in all you do.
- You take pride in consistently delivering your best across school, work, and personal life.
- You proactively seek opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
- A 2-year fixed-term, full-time Traineeship.
- Certificate IV in Project Management.
- Practical, on-the-job experience to apply what you learn.

Rates of pay vary depending on the year you completed Year 12 (or equivalent): $507.10+ super per week for Year 12 leavers, $591.40+ super per week for 1-year out-of-school leavers, $686.10+ super per week for 2-year leavers, and $784.90+ super per week for 3 years or more out-of-school leavers.
