We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual income of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

The role involves developing and maintaining profitable business relationships across our Motor Finance products. You will be responsible for proactively managing sales funnels, following up leads, and providing exceptional servicing support to brokers.

You will also be expected to educate brokers about commercial loan opportunities and how it can drive their business growth. Additionally, you may be required to support broader business initiatives to improve performance, efficiencies, and broker/customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated excellence in business development and relationship management with proven experience in Motor Finance lending.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills backed by a history of providing memorable service and advice.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A thorough understanding of consumer lending legislation.
  • A current driver's licence.
