About This Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to seniors in a residential setting. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, promoting independence and dignity.
- Support residents' mobility and physical well-being, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Engage residents in stimulating activities and social interactions, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans, tailored to meet each resident's unique needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
- A compassionate nature and genuine passion for caring for seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience to provide individualized support with dignity and respect
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in residential aged care highly valued
