We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security professional to lead our practice and drive growth in the Australian market. As the Head of Cyber Security, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product management, architecture, and security operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan and go-to-market strategy for Cyber Security services.
  • Drive pipeline growth and deliver revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and sales enablement.
  • Build and develop a sales enablement program to support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to deliver cost-effective solutions and drive impactful ROI.
  • Inform product development to ensure the product catalogue meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Define a cost optimisation strategy to drive business efficiency.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a C-level or leadership role in an IT services business.
  • Strong SME with the ability to define and build Cyber product offerings.
  • Experience closing business deals in the mid-large Corporate IT market.
  • Demonstrated experience in deal and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in or for a business that has sold Cyber Security Managed Services as a core competency.
  • Strong domain expertise in cyber security products.
  • Ideally, a technical background.
  • Experience developing and executing new business development strategy for Australia along with sales enablement programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and iterate product sets to suit the market is desirable.
