Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at REO Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business performance by providing vital financial insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive stakeholders to elevate the analytical capability within the business.
• Deliver financial and project-related data and customer insights to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards and visualizations to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data reporting and governance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy laws.
• Work with external system partners to implement data-driven solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of operational and financial systems to ensure accurate data outputs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support business intelligence.
• Educate team members on data interpretation and usage.
• Collaborate with external consultants to build and maintain a data warehouse.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a commercially savvy Business Analyst with an Accounting/Commerce or I.T qualification and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making. You will bring exceptional communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
