About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint and Power Platforms Development and Support Analyst to join our team at ASIC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support ASIC's Sharepoint Online and Power Platforms environment, as well as applications developed in Power Platform.
- Resolve high-severity tickets and issues reported on Sharepoint and automation solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering meetings to understand business processes and create automation solutions using Power Platforms.
- Develop automation solutions using Power Platform and other available workflow automation solutions.
- Support various other small SAAS solutions managed and supported by the team.
- Learn and support other applications managed by the team.
About You
- Extensive experience in Sharepoint Online and Power Platforms Development, Support, and Administration.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues at level 2 and 3.
- Good communication skills and experience dealing with business stakeholders.
- Experience in C#.NET, SPFX Development with React, jQuery, JavaScript, and Angular, Ivanti Platform is considered advantageous.
- Highly developed analytical skills and strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt a client-focused consulting approach and adapt quickly to new requirements and situations.
