Job Overview

This role involves delivering maintenance excellence and repairs to poly pipelines, diesel pumps, and associated equipment for open cut mining operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in welding techniques and a proven track record of maintaining high standards of housekeeping in workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain poly pipelines, diesel pumping systems, and associated equipment for open cut mining operations.
  • Develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including labor hours and material usage.
Requirements:
  • Completion of secondary education – year 10.
  • C Class Drivers Licence or HR desirable.
  • Certificate (PMBWELD301B) Butt welding of pipelines and piping components in accordance with the Australian Guidelines.
  • Trade qualification would be highly desirable.

This role can be offered as residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster. Bus transportation is offered to and from site for residential candidates.
