Role Overview

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our retail team. You will be responsible for loading weekly trucks and containers, assisting customers with order collections, and maintaining good housekeeping techniques in the store and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
  • Assisting customers with order collections - making it a seamless experience
  • Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
  • Accurately receipting of goods into our operating system
  • Assembly of furniture with pride and attention to detail
  • Responsible for contributing to and upholding all OH&S requirements
  • Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
  • Collaboratively work as part of a team, use your initiative, problem solve and handle a fast paced environment

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distribution
  • Good Computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • A passion to help people and a desire to get results
  • The physical capability to handle our products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can-do attitude
