About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPM Analyst to join our team at HCM Australia. As an EPM Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing leading edge consolidation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in gathering and documenting functional requirements through workshops and interviews
  • Contribute to solution designs based on the functional requirements
  • Build and configure EPM solutions based on agreed requirements and solution design
  • Build and configure data integration routines
  • Assist clients in validating and reconciling data
  • Assist clients in testing developed solutions in accordance with testing strategies
  • Adhere to best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Working experience with consolidation and statutory reporting processes will be highly regarded
  • Experience working in a Big4 or large ASX corporations
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a consolidation solution such as Oracle EPM or equivalent, specifically HFM, FCC or Onestream
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
