Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages to various points in our multiple sites
  • Book and lodge courier services with various courier companies
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and stationery
  • Perform light cleaning duties and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous mailroom experience is essential
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
