About This Role
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our maintenance team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining site facilities, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all sites meet high standards of presentation and safety.
This is a hands-on role that requires experience in building trades, maintenance, or similar roles. You will be working across multiple sites, rolling up your sleeves, and getting the job done.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance Tasks: Fixing, repairing, and improving site facilities to ensure they are safe and functional.
- Preventative Maintenance: Identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems, ensuring downtime is minimized.
- Site Upkeep: Ensuring all sites meet our high standards of presentation and safety, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a building trade, maintenance, or similar hands-on role.
- Previous work on job sites (construction, retail maintenance, etc.).
- A proactive, can-do attitude - someone who's not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Basic problem-solving and organisational skills.
