Administrative Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to fill an Administrative Support position within our Fleet Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert administrative services, ensuring the accuracy of all administration relating to vehicles, processing documentation efficiently, and supporting the progress of fleet sales.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of all administration relating to vehicles
  • Processing all documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting and chasing the progress of all aspects of Fleet sales
  • Assisting with housekeeping and audit processes
  • Preparing sales reports

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent numeracy and literacy skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
