We're seeking experienced nurses to work autonomously across 7 days, between 7am and 7pm. We have immediate shifts available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and can offer family-friendly hours to suit your lifestyle.
Shifts are available in various locations, and our community nurses are required to travel between clients' homes. They are reimbursed for their KM's each fortnight.
Key Responsibilities
As an unrestricted AHPRA Registered Nurse, you will need to demonstrate recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting and have the ability to spot client deterioration. Our nurses are the backbone of our business, and a community role is personally rewarding, coupled with flexibility and autonomy.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Chronic wound care and negative pressure experience
- IV antibiotics, PICC care/dressing/removal, and drain care/management skills
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and a positive mindset
