
General Counsellor

We are seeking a General Counsellor to provide psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention across a broad age range.
As the successful candidate, you will work with a varied caseload of children and adults, including clients funded through NDIS and WorkCover. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive allied health team committed to delivering patient-centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best client outcomes
- Maintaining clear and accurate documentation in line with professional standards
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (essential)
- Experience working with culturally diverse clients is highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
