Culinary Data Validation Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Culinary Data Validation Specialist to join our Menu Planning team in Australia.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and analytical individual to contribute to the accuracy of customer data and pricing information in our ERP system. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our data, collaborating with internal and external sources, and maintaining a 'one source of truth' for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and reconcile customer data files within Menu Planning (MPL) into various systems to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal and external sources to maintain accurate data.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between multiple data sets, including customer Master Menu Plans (MMP), to prevent revenue losses.
- Support weekly reviews to ensure Billing of Materials (BOM) information is accurate before processing.
- Assist the Food Menu & Design Manager with audits and provide data insights to inform business decisions.
Your Skills and Experience
- A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in food service or distribution, or knowledge of food materials, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, such as JDE.
