**Clinician Opportunities**

We are seeking skilled and compassionate clinicians to join our team in providing mental health support to individuals and families.

As a clinician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Triaging and coordinating intakes and referrals of clients to appropriate services.
  • Providing high-quality clinical services, including assessment, referral, evidence-based individual, couple, and family counselling, and case management.
  • Ensuring risk assessment and safety planning is completed during intake calls and appropriate follow-up action taken.
  • Applying quality assurance principles and procedures to ensure the clinical practice meets contractual requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have qualifications as a registered Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Registered Nurse with full registration. Alternatively, they may hold a Master's level Counselling qualification and registration with a relevant professional body.

Other key requirements include flexibility to work within a 24/7 roster, an Australian Citizen status, and willingness to undertake a National Police Clearance.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you will receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $55 - $65 per hour, plus penalties and superannuation.
