Job Description- Maintaining Participant Relationships: Manage and resolve participant matters by taking appropriate actions as per the Agency Act.
- Reception and Counter Support: Provide assistance at the local office, including handling participant inquiries via self-help kiosks and online support.
- Customer Service and Support: Resolve customer enquiries, provide information, and refer customers to relevant government or community services.
- Email Management and Administration: Manage the shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries for the team.
- Appointment Coordination: Coordinate appointments using Agency office facilities, ensuring they are accessible for participants.
- Data Entry and Research: Conduct research and investigation activities, preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Follow-up and Data Entry: Perform various data entry tasks and ensure follow-up is completed.
- Complaints and Feedback: Receive and record complaints and other feedback in the Agency's business systems.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to meet participant needs.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage conflict and difficult conversations in a professional manner.
- Microsoft Suite Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Initiative and Independence: Display initiative and work independently to achieve tasks.
- System Knowledge: Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Front of House Experience: Previous experience in a Front of House and administration-based role.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Earn $37.36 per hour + Super.
- Temporary Assignment: 12-month contract with possible extension.
- Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
- Multiple Locations: Available in Burwood, Windsor, Chatswood, Gosford, Griffith, Hurstville, Charlestown, Port Macquarie, Tamworth, Bathurst, and Paramatta.
