About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate home support providers to join our team. As a home support provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include assisting with domestic cleaning, personal care, ADL's, transportation, community access, and companionship. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure they receive the best possible support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, as well as a valid driver's license. You will also require a NDIS Workers Screening Card, First Aid Certificate, and Australian Criminal History Check.
Benefits
We offer a competitive pay rate of $38.29 per hour, with 11.5% superannuation on top. We also cover the cost of kilometers traveled between shifts and any transportation on shift.

Work Schedule
This is a casual position, requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts including afternoons, days, evenings, fixed shifts, Mondays to Fridays, mornings, nights, public holidays, and weekends.
Additional Information
A car with comprehensive insurance is required, and you must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
