Key Responsibilities
  • Develop plans for sourcing and distributing goods, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products within agreed parameters, maintaining continuity of supply.
  • Monitor inventory levels of packaging and finished goods, taking proactive measures to prevent stockouts.
  • Conduct regular capacity analyses to understand supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, collaborating with suppliers and freight providers as needed.
  • Implement systems and processes to support these activities, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a champion for continuous process improvement, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate on projects to enhance Supply Chain efficiencies globally.
Requirements
  • Experience in supply planning within a manufacturing environment, preferably with embellishment planning experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
