The Role

As a member of our service team, you'll serve as a key part of our operation. You will be responsible for overseeing that we meet our commitments to customer service, high quality standards and our fellow team members' enjoyment in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring customer experiences are at or above our standards.
- Serving as a leader & ambassador, with a presence that helps ensure every guest receives an excellent experience that compels them to return
- Observing steps of service and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conducting smooth transitions during opening, transfer of shifts and/or closing that makes sure the restaurant continually serves customers at our standards - from open to close.
- Having a motivation to understand the menu & customer offerings.
- Acting in a manner consistent with our values that provides a motivational and supportive environment for each of our team mates.
- Helping to quickly identify and resolve any stressful situations with clear communication and a team focused approach.
- Becoming proficient in POS system to ensure seamless orders, payments & transactions for our guests.

The Details

Level: Service Team with Leadership opportunities
Job Location: Windsor
Salary Range: As per and above the Award Wage for the right fit

Part-time hours: 15 - 25 per week

Experience required: Customer service - 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification required: RSA (required)
