**Associate Structural Engineer- Power**

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our Sydney team and contribute to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with support from our engineers across the business within multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects with opportunities to develop and mentor junior engineers and support projects during the construction phase.

This is an opportunity to build on your experience in structural design for power infrastructure, including substations, transmission line structures, foundations, switchyards, and renewable energy assets. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for clients
  • Work collaboratively across disciplines to gain exposure to major energy projects
  • Develop technical expertise and client-facing skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
  • Experience in structural design within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Interest in project delivery, including involvement in design, documentation, and construction phase support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
  • Client-focused mindset with willingness to develop industry knowledge and relationships
