Job Title: Crew Member

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on crew member who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and take their orders in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Prepare food according to our standards and recipes, including cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and time management skills. Quick service restaurant experience is highly preferred.
