Maintain current product knowledge of baked goods, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains up-to-date product knowledge of Bakery items.
• Removes products from baking pans and garnishes them according to item requirements.
• Weighs finished products and logs into records.
• Packages, wraps, and labels baked goods efficiently.
• Stocks and rotates Bakery products onto tables and pallets in an organized manner.
• Assists with other Bakery duties as assigned.

**Essential Skills:**

• Strong product knowledge of Bakery items.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

**Workplace Safety:**

Follow proper Bakery and general safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure prompt assistance in case of emergencies.

**Equipment Operation:**

• Wrapping machine.
• Scales.
• Labeler.
• Commercial dishwasher.

**Education/Training:** None required. Preferable experience or training in the field of Bakery operations.
