Project Director for Drive-Thru Restaurant Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of QSR restaurant projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee new builds, refurbishments, and drive-thru developments from conception to completion.
- Manage multiple projects with ease, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, landlords, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate store concepts into executable plans.
- Conduct site visits, safety checks, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in the QSR sector, with drive-thru delivery experience essential.
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes, services integration, and compliance.
- Demonstrated success managing high-value projects under strict timelines, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially astute with strong cost-control and reporting experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
