Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Operations Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents and team members, and providing leadership support to the Customer Experience Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the Customer Experience Team Members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.

  • Support residents and key stakeholders with escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within property management or customer service is required.

  • Natural leadership skills and decision-making under pressure are essential.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.

  • Immaculate presentation and organizational skills are also highly desirable.
