Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the production cycle, including vendor onboarding, factory auditing, item creation, product testing, shipment inspection, shipping, and invoicing.
- Assure smooth and efficient transfer of all customer's specific product, compliance, and logistics requirements.
- Work closely with the Design team to ensure proofing of artwork and assistance with product and lifestyle shooting.
- Collaborate with the Head of Production to ensure timely completion of critical tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage risk with our IT and Finance teams, including insurance, invoicing, cash flow, and ERP.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, working with major retailers like Kmart, Big W, TJX, ALDI, Costco, etc.
- Experience dealing with factories in China for both hard and soft goods.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
