Mental Health Clinical Educator Position

The role of Clinical Nurse Educator in a mental health setting is a senior position that requires advanced clinical knowledge and skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric/mental health nursing and be able to provide sound clinical leadership.
Key responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse Educator include:
- Developing and implementing clinical education programs for mental health nurses
- Providing mentorship and coaching to junior staff members
- Consulting on specialist programs within the mental health unit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or equivalent, and a minimum of five years of post-registration experience working in public acute mental health settings.

- A current registration with the relevant professional body
- Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in psychiatric/mental health nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
