About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team in Redcliffe QLD. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding the growth and development of primary aged children in our before and after-school care and vacation care programs.

As an Educator with Camp Australia, you will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that fosters children's learning and development. You will work closely with children, families, and the school community to build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a group of primary aged children
  • Develop and implement fun, safe, and compliant programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that meet the dietary needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Nurture a positive environment that encourages children to learn and grow
What We Offer

  • A $500 one-off sign-on bonus (paid at successful completion of the probation period)

  • Split shift allowances paid for Before School Care & After School Care, or team meetings

About You
  • You are an enthusiastic and engaging childcare professional with a passion for working with children
  • You hold a valid Blue Card (or are willing to obtain)
  • You have First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates (or are willing to obtain)
  • You have availability on weekdays and/or school holidays
