Forensic Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to join our multidisciplinary team as clinicians.

As a clinician, you will work on complex cases with individuals who have histories of violent and sexual offending. Your role will be vital in reducing re-offending and making the community safer.

You will build on your existing experience delivering best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional environment. You will work within the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model, delivering individualised services including comprehensive assessments, clinical interviews, treatment interventions, and preparing treatment plans.

  • Deliver comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments
  • Conduct clinical interviews to determine appropriate treatment pathways
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs
  • Prepare treatment plans, treatment reports, and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders
