Senior Developer Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced developer to lead our AI bot project.


About the Job:
  • This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the entire AI bot project from planning to implementation and maintenance.
  • The ideal candidate will design and implement AI agent architectures that can understand user requests and reason through complex problems.
  • Key responsibilities include building frameworks for AI agents to interact with various tools, APIs, and services, creating mechanisms for effective human-AI collaboration, and optimizing agent performance for reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience building AI/ML systems, with a proven track record of building production-grade AI applications.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and Java, with practical experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, decision-making systems, and workflow orchestration.
