Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a team of psychologists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client outcomes
  • Implementing clinical strategies and policies to drive the success of our psychology department
  • Providing high-quality therapy and assessments to clients, with a focus on person-centred and evidence-based practice
  • Supervising and developing a team of psychologists, including mentoring and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client outcomes

Requirements

  • Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA
  • Experience in clinical leadership and supervision, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities
  • Current driver's license and police check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
