Financial Crime Remediation Specialist

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our projects and program workstreams for a significant multi-year business transformation program of work.
This role will be responsible for conducting quality reviews, analysing data and identifying areas for improvement to ensure our remediation activities comply with internal policies and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Frameworks
- Conduct thematic and/or ad hoc reviews and audits of processes to identify issues and corrective actions
- Problem-solve and think critically to challenge and understand issues and identify remedial actions
- Analyse and reason complex issues and engage and influence diverse stakeholders
About You:
You will have proven experience in a quality assurance, risk, audit or related field, or a similar role focusing on financial crime remediation in a casino, financial services, or professional services environment.
You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to share information in a clear and concise manner, as well as writing high-quality reports.
