The National Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, revenue expansion, and team leadership across multiple retail sites in Australia. Directly reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will oversee a team of Business Development Managers, fostering profitable sales and achieving successful targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 BDMs throughout Australia, promoting strategic development and synergy.
  • Ensure all stores are managed effectively to achieve optimal results and meet ambitious targets.
  • Stay abreast of key strategic plans, including new products, pricing strategies, and industry trends, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Utilize comprehensive reports, including sales, gross margin, stock levels, expenses, and net profit, to drive business success.

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, revenue, and growth by providing exceptional leadership. You will cultivate strong relationships with head office, manufacturing, and retail outlets, while implementing and streamlining OHS and Food Safety processes, procedures, and systems.
