Pharmacy Team Member Opportunity

The role of a pharmacy team member is diverse and challenging, offering the chance to work with a range of patients and conditions. In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team delivering exceptional care.

As a pharmacy team member, you will:

  • Rotate between clinical areas and dispensary across the year, working on wards reviewing patient medications, providing clinical advice and information to nursing and medical staff, and helping patients and carers adjust to changes in medicine regimens.
  • Work independently but also be comfortable asking for help and receiving advice from colleagues to achieve exceptional patient care.
  • Have access to regular education - in person and virtual - including in-services, grand rounds, and district pharmacist education services.

We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, with excellent clinical skills and attention to detail, who enjoys problem-solving and thinking outside the box. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to your professional development, we encourage you to apply.

About Our Role

This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team environment and develop valuable skills in patient care and clinical pharmacy practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proof of eligibility for registration with the relevant health authority.
  • Demonstrated fulfilment of the criteria for a qualified pharmacist in accordance with the relevant award.

We welcome applications from pharmacists who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to their professional development.
