Instructional Leadership Specialist

MacKillop Catholic Regional College seeks a dedicated Instructional Leadership Specialist to join its team of educators. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing a contemporary and consistent approach to the Design Technology learning experience across the College.
This position requires collaboration with Teachers to develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and educational resources, ensuring alignment to the MacKillop College learning goals and educational strategies.
The ideal candidate will have current knowledge of the Design Technology learning area, as well as the capacity to be an authentic role model and mentor to Teachers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement curriculum and learning resources aligned to MacKillop College learning goals and educational strategies.
- Collaborate with Teachers to build their capacity and provide support in the Design Technology learning area.
- Lead effective collaboration among Teachers to achieve academic excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum and learning resources.
- Able to lead effective collaboration among Teachers.
- Current knowledge of the Design Technology learning area.
The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive:
