Seasonal Retail Consultant

This role is perfect for someone looking to return to work after a career break or explore their passion for retail sales. You will be joining an incredible team across the Festive Season.

About the Role:
  • You embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them through intentional interactions.
  • Welcome customers into store spaces and deepen the way our products are experienced.
  • In demonstrating products addressing customer needs, deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.
  • Support store teams to meet the needs of customers, process sales and maintain stock levels adequately presented.

Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new seasonal retail consultants to support our incredible store team across the Festive Season.

What We're Looking For:
  • The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity is essential.
  • Possess a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • No prior retail experience necessary, but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment.
  • An interest to learn product knowledge is a must.
  • Flexible and open availability throughout October - February (full availability required during peak periods).

These roles are casual in nature, commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026, with opportunities to secure ongoing employment based on business needs.
