About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team at our Blacktown site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS strategies to maintain high safety and environmental standards
  • Coordinate licenses and permits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage waste management programs to minimize environmental impact
  • Identify training needs to upskill our workforce
  • Maintain EHS metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Preferred background in production/manufacturing operations in Australia
  • Certified Return to Work Coordinator
  • EHS management experience with a focus on safety and sustainability
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Internal Auditor qualifications
