We're looking for a seasoned leader to drive transformation efforts within our Training and Standards division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing strategies and systems that enhance safety and efficiency outcomes for both domestic and international flying operations.

This role requires a proven track record of effective leadership in Flight Operations & Flight Training, as well as relevant qualifications to hold the position of Head of Training and Checking. You should have experience with organisational change management and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including CASA legislation.

As a Flight Operations Transformation Specialist, you'll work closely with our Flight Operations Leadership Team to develop and implement initiatives that drive business growth and improvement. Your excellent communication and facilitation skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo approval by CASA prior to commencing in the role. In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary package of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
