We're seeking highly skilled IT Service Engineers to join our dynamic team at TJ Microsystems. As a Service Engineer, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our service desk team to triage and resolve technical issues
- Provide expert support for complex network types, including Windows Server and Desktop Technologies, Cloud Environments, and LOB Client Applications
- Install and configure local and network printers, routers, scanners, and network switches, as well as wireless access points
- Identify opportunities to improve client IT systems, such as system upgrades and rack tidy-ups
- Occasionally work outside of regular business hours to accommodate client support needs
- Travel to client premises as required, with a valid Australian driver's license
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an MSP Service Desk role or 3-4 years in a non-MSP service desk
- Proven experience with RMM tools such as Labtech, Kaseya, or N-Able, and PSA ticketing tools like Connectwise or Auto Task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English
- Self-motivated, with good time management skills and a positive attitude

Senior Level 3, Team Lead and Project EngineerWe're also seeking experienced Service Engineers to take on a senior role, providing technical leadership to our L2 Engineers and priority escalation. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in implementing projects, networking, and virtualization in a managed services environment.
As a Senior Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical guidance, managing critical and complex issues, and working closely with our sales team to prepare complex SOW documents and project proposals. You'll also be required to plan, install, manage, and maintain a range of technologies, including Microsoft Server Platforms, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, Trend Micro and Sophos Security products, Cisco Networking, Ubiquity Wireless products, VM Ware Virtualisation Platforms, Cloud Migrations, Storagecraft, Veem and Synology BDR Products, and Lenovo, HP, Toshiba, and Dell technologies.
