Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Grader Operators to join our team at Barminco, a part of the Perenti Group. As a Grader Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth and operations in underground mining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment, including graders, to ensure efficient and safe mining operations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within our organization.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Grader Operator in underground mining.
  • Extensive experience working in heavy equipment operation, preferably in the mining industry.
  • All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates, and licenses (RPLs).
  • Ability to meet all site access requirements, including medical, DAS, NPC, and valid manual driver's license.
