About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in our stores.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas, promoting a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Provide support to colleagues as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
