Senior Manager of Renewable Energy Operations

Newvolt Energy Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the company’s renewable energy operations.
This role requires a strong background in renewable energy, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Board of Directors to set annual business targets and strategic objectives.
- Providing regular updates on the company’s performance, including sales revenue, profits, and cash flow.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Leading performance reviews and evaluations for all departments.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and developing effective sales strategies.
- Providing day-to-day guidance and direction to all departments.
- Coordinating with department managers on operational decisions, procurements, and financial matters.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and obtaining necessary certifications.
- Establishing sales and aftersales facilities to drive business growth.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure high-quality and competitive pricing.
- Establishing a local manufacturing base in Australia and overseeing the development of aftersales services.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Responding to changing situations and representing the company at official events.
- Preparing and presenting reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least ten years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- At least five years of experience in management positions.
- Good experience in sales and technical roles (preferred but not required).
- Outstanding leadership and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English, with Mandarin as a preferred second language.
