Disputes Lawyer Support Role

The role involves supporting a team in the Disputes practice of a global law firm. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping matters on track and providing administrative support.
The Disputes practice is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of Partners and team, including time entries, reporting, and complex billing.
- Experience supporting Partners in a legal environment
- End-to-end billing experience using Aderant Expert
- Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism
- Ability to anticipate needs and problem solve on the go
- Matter management experience and use of iManage or similar system
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Minimum of two years experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within a Disputes practice
- Law students must have relevant experience, coupled with at least two years left to complete their degree
This role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
